Dr Emma Munks

Emma has been a clinical tutor on Lancaster DClinPsy programme for over 10 years and still really enjoys her role helping to train future colleagues. As a clinician Emma has worked in the Lancaster and Morecambe Community Health Team for Adults with a Learning Disability for 17 years.

Dr Jo Armitage

Jo qualified as a clinical psychologist in 2009 and has worked for the Lancaster Doctorate in Clinical Psychology programme as a clinical tutor since 2014. Jo has worked clinically with adults and older adults experiencing mental health difficulties in a range of settings, mainly in the community.

Dr Anna Daiches

Anna has been working on the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology for a number of years and is the Clinical Director. Her clinical background is working with children, particularly within a social care context.

Dr Cathy Amor

Cathy is an NHS staff member based permanently at the university as a Senior Clinical Tutor and Admissions Tutor for the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology Programme. Cathy is registered by the Health and Care Professions Council as a Clinical Psychologist and an Occupational Psychologist and a member of the British Psychological Society's divisions of clinical and occupational psychology.

Dr Laura Twist

Laura is a clinical psychologist and clinical tutor on the Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Lancaster University. She also works clinically in the NHS, specialising in adult mental health.

Dr Will Curvis

Will qualified as a clinical psychologist in August 2015 and works for the Lancaster Doctorate in Clinical Psychology course as a clinical tutor. He also works as a clinical psychologist in the NHS in A&E and Major Trauma at a north-west hospital.

Dr Anna Duxbury

Anna Duxbury is an Associate Clinical Tutor on the Lancaster University Doctorate in Clinical Psychology programme. After qualifying as a Clinical Psychologist in 2016, Anna worked in the NHS with adults diagnosed with an intellectual disability.

Dr Clare Dixon

Clare is an experienced clinical psychologist in child health; she has particular expertise and experience in working with children with long-term conditions, their families and the medical teams which support their care.

Dr Stacey Story

Stacey qualified as a clinical psychologist in 2013. Since qualifying, Stacey has worked in Children’s Psychology Services providing individual and group therapeutic support to children and families.
